6,18,331 candidates have registered to take SSC JE exam according to the commission.

SSC CHSL 2016:

The CHSL 2016-2017 exam had been conducted over a span of nearly one month, starting from 7th January and ending on 8th February.64,09,965 candidates had registered for this exam and around 30-32 lakh actually appeared.

Don’t expect the results of CHSL 2016 exam anytime as SSC has got it’s handful for now. It’s still struggling to complete the backlog recruitment processes. Even CHSL 2015 recruitment has not finished yet. However, the answer keys and response sheet are expected by March first week.

CHSL 2015 tier 3:

The results of CHSL tier 2 exam 2015-16 were announced in December-end. The skill test for this exam is being conducted on days between 11th February to 20th March, 2017.

SSC CGL 2016-2017: 

The Combined Graduation Level (CGL) tier 2 exam 2016 results will be announced on 28th February, 2017. SSC has said that this is a tentative date, so it can be changed and looking at the past records, it is not to be mistaken. But since tier 3 exam is already scheduled for 19th March 2017, expect the results to come around that date only.

According to the write-up published in 2016, around 1.49 lakh candidates were shortlisted to appear for tier 2. Nearly 28 thousand can appear for paper 3 and 45 thousand can appear for paper 4.

SSC MTS 2017:

The application submission process had finished two weeks ago on 3rd Feb. The exam is currently scheduled for 16 April, 30 April and 7 May, 2017. The admit cards will be out by third week of March.

SSC Steno 2016: 

The schedule for skill test of Steno 2016 exam is not fixed yet. SSC has said that it will conduct the skill test in April-May 2017. So, lookout for any new notice in coming days.

SSC CPO: For the reasons best unknown to SSC itself, the notification for CPO: SI/ASI/CAPF exam 2017 has been delayed. The notice was to be out by mid-Feb but is now expected by the last week of February or even the first week of March.

The exam can be conducted in third week of May 2017. There maybe some changes in scheme of the examination. Via SSCTUBE.
