Ravi Shankar concurrently accredited as High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Rwanda

Ravi Shankar concurrently(साथ-साथ)  accredited as High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Rwanda . Former IFS officer Ravi Shankar has been concurrently accredited as the High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Rwanda on February 14, 2017.  Now he is working as the high Commissioner of India to the Republic(गणतंत्र)  of Uganda.
