Havells India to buy Lloyd Electric’s consumer business

Havells India to buy Lloyd Electric’s consumer(उपभोक्ता)  business for Rs 1500 crore An electrical equipment company, Havells India has announced to acquire (अधिग्रहण) Lloyd Electric & Engineering for its consumer durables business for around Rs 1200 -1500 crore on February 17, 2017 . Lloyd’s other business divisions includes heat exchangers, original equipment manufacturing and packaged AC business.
