The awardees included Hrithik Jana (Best Airforce Cadet), Sudeep Sonal (Best Army Cadet), Tamanna Sultana (Best Navy Cadet) among others, the release said. It may be noted that two girl cadets from NCCs West Bengal and Sikkim Directorate (प्रबंध-विभाग) were a part of the ten member NCC team that scaled(चढना) Mt Everest last year. Major General LB Chand, VSM, Additional DG, NCC Directorate West Bengal and Sikkim, were also present at the award ceremony(समारोह) , the release said.
