International conference on sports Kakatiya Medical College, Department of Physical Education, is organising a three-day international conference on physical education, sports and fitness from January 27 to 29. There would be a series of workshops on January 26 ahead of the conference. Delegates from Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu would take part in the conference, said
KMC physical director T. Prabhakar Reddy.
He said India could not win medals in international sports events despite having good infrastructure.
The conference would debate on issues and challenges facing the sports field in India.
