Director of Veera and Ganga Waseem Sabir passes away New Year seems to have started on a bad note for the Television Industry as it has lost one of it's bright talents. Acclaimed director, Waseem Sabir, who has directed popular TV shows like Gangaa, Tamanna, Ek Veer Ki Ardaas...Veera and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon...Ek Baar Phir? is no more. He passed away today (January 2, 2017),
succumbing to brain injuries. According to reports in the media, Weseem fell down at his house yesterday (January 1) after which he was immediately rushed to a hospital. However, after battling for life, he breathed his last today. His last rites will be performed once his brother flies down to Mumbai from Middle East, stated an entertainment portal.
