Go to the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in
Click on the link, 'Click here to download Civil Judge (Junior Division) Mains Admit Card 2016'
Enter the registration number, date of birth, gender and verification code
After submitting the same, the admit cards will appear on the screens
Take a printout for future use.
The candidates must carry their admit cards to the examination, failing to which, they will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
