Eligibility Criteria for Professor & Other Posts

Educational Qualification

    Professor: PhD in concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published quality work. Minimum 10 years of teaching experience.

    Associate Professor: PhD in concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published quality work. Minimum 08 years of teaching experience.

    Assistant Professor: PG in concerned/allied/relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks. Cleared NET of UGC, CSIR or similar test.

    Finance Officer: Master Degree in relevant discipline with at least 55% marks and at least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor.

    Librarian: Master Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks and at least 03 years of experience as Deputy Librarian in University Library.

    Internal Audit Officer: Officers from Audit & Accounts Service holding post on regular basis with 5 years’ experience.

    Assistant Engineer (Elect.): BE in Electrical at least 2nd class or equivalent qualification recognized by AICTE in the field with 8 years’ experience as Junior Engineer in the field.

Age Limit

    Finance Officer, Internal Audit Officer and Assistant Engineer (Elect.):  Upper age limit for the post is 55 years.

    Librarian: Upper age limit for the post is 57 years.

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay Rs. 400/- in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh-791112 payable at Vijaya Bank, Arunachal University Brach/SBI, Doimuk Branch.
