NCERT- recruitment- 2016:- Apply- for -240 -professor- posts The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has invited applications from eligible candidates for the various Professor, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor posts. Interested candidates may apply online through the steps listed below.

Subject for above mentioned post(s): Psychology, psychology/education, education, education/psychology/home science, education/statistics, physics, mathematics, zoology, chemistry, botany, statistics, sociology, history, commerce, political science, economics, geography, health/physical education, population studies, Hindi, Urdu, English, Kannada, Odiya, art education, arts, language education, computer science/software development, management and entrepreneurship, home science (food & nutrition/textile and clothing/cosmetics), etc.

Important dates:

Start of online application process: November 26, 2016 (11 am onwards)

Last date for online registration: December 12, 2016 (till 11:59 pm)

Last date to submit self attested, printed form with documents: January 10, 2017

Application fee:

For UR (Male)/OBC (Male) candidates, the fee is Rs 500. There is no application fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women/NCERT employees.

Important note:

Fee has to be paid online. While making online payment, select payment category as  “Advt. No.167/2016 – Academic Posts”

Before applying, make sure you have valid email ID and phone number.

Log on to the NCERT website, ncert.nic.in

Go to the recruitment advertisement no.: “Advt. No.167/2016 – Academic Posts” displayed on the home page.

Fill in the form. Upload all documents and pay the fee.

Before clicking on the submit button, make sure all details are correct.
