Kerala govt launches mobile apps ‘ArisingKerala’ and ‘Whistle Now’ to fight corruption Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan launched the mobile applications – ‘ArisingKerala‘ and ‘Whistle Now’ – on the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day.Aim :  To end corruption in the government and semi-government institutions as part of the proactive policy of zero tolerance .The mobile applications
were developed by the state Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau as part of its series of innovative initiatives to fight graft.. People can upload videos and audios related to corruption in this app, which will be available in Google Play Store
