Heisman Trophy winner and former NFL player Rashaan Salaam dies US National Football Player Rashaan Salaam found dead in Colorado, US on December 6, 2016. He was 42. Salaam has won the U.S. college football’s highest honor Heisman Trophy in 1994. He is the only player from the University of Colorado . He was chosen in the first round of the 1995 NFL draft and he played for the Cleveland
Browns.He was the son of another NFL player, former Cincinnati Bengals running back Teddy Washington.
