Eligibility Criteria for EDP Manager Job

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Master of Technology (with specialization in Computer Application) or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology from a recognized University; and Eight years of experience of electronics data processing work in Central Govt./State Govt. Or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutes or Public Sector Undertaking or Semi-Govt. or Autonomous or Statutory organizations/ institutions out of which at least four years‟ experience in design, development or organizing computerized information storage and retrieval system having worked in UNIX or WINDOW Networking, WINDOWS, Relational Data Base Management System (Oracle 7 or higher version) environment and development and development tools like C, C++ and visual C++. OR  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics and Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University and ten years of experience of electronic data processing work in Central Govt./State Govt. Or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutes or Public Sector Undertaking or Semi-Govt. or Autonomous or Statutory Organizations/ institutions, out of which at least five years of experience in design, development or organizing, computerized information storage and retrieval system having worked in UNIX or WINDOW Networking, WINDOWS, Relational Data Base Management System (Oracle 7 or higher version, environment and development tools like C, C++ and visual C++).

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Master of Technology (with specialization in Computer Application) or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology from a recognized University; and Eight years‟ experience of management/ maintenance operations of computer network in Central Govt./State Govt. or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutes or Public Sector Undertaking or Semi-Govt. or Autonomous or Statutory organizations / institutions. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics and Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University; and ten years of experience of management/ maintenance operations of computer network in Central Govt./State Govt. or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutes or Public Sector Undertaking or Semi-Govt. or Autonomous or Statutory Organizations/ Institutions.

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science or M.Tech (with specialization in Computer Application) OR BE/B.Tech in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Computer Technology of a recognized University or equivalent with 5 years of experience of Electronic Data Processing, out of which at least two years of experience should be in actual Programming OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science or Degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engg. from a recognized University or equivalent with 7 years of experience of Electronics Data Processing, out of which at least three years of experience should be in actual Programming OR Master’s Degree of a recognised University or equivalent or Degree in engineering of a recognised University or equivalent with 8 years of experience of Electronic Data Processing, out of which at least four years of experience should be in actual Programming OR ‘A’ level Diploma under DOEACC Programme or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application offered under University Programme/ Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Application awarded by State Council of Technical Education or equivalent with 8 years of experience of Electronic Data Processing, out of which at least four years of experience should be in actual Programming.
