Eligibility Criteria for AIATSL Customer Agent and Jr. Customer Agent Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

    Customer Agents- Graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years‟ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations.

    Junior Customer Agent- HSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline/faculty from a recognized Board/University with knowledge of basic computer operations.

Selection Procedure for AIATSL Customer Agent and Jr. Customer Agent Jobs:

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam which would be conducted by the organization.
