Warendra Sinha resigned as Managing Director and CEO of GIC Housing Finance following his advancement as whole time director of National Insurance Company. Services, Ministry of Finance elevating him as a General Manager and Whole Time Director of National Insurance Company Ltd, GIC Housing Finance said in a regulatory filing to stock exchanges.
