No More Tension Mobile app launched

Union health minister J.P. Nadda  launched “no more tension” mobile app to help- manage stress. The app, according to the health minister, will help users manage stress by providing appropriate information, symptoms and its management on stress. “The application allows the user to measure their stress level and learn various techniques like yoga and meditation to reduce stress from their lives, While, at present the
application is available for download on Google Play Store and App store and will soon be available on Windows.  The minister also released the “Healthy India Initiative/Swastha Bharat-ek pehal” magazine. This launch, which is a part of government’s digital India programme, is in line with its commitment to prioritise public health and strengthen citizen-centric health services by leveraging India’s expanding mobile phone penetration.

Jagat Prakash Nadda:

Jagat Prakash Naddais an Indian politician. He is currently the Union Minister of Health and Family Welfareand member of Rajya Sabha from Himachal Pradesh and Parliamentary Board Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party.Earlier, he was a Minister in Himachal Pradesh Government.
He was born on 2 December 1960 in a Brahmin family to Dr. Narain Lall Nadda and Shrimati Krishna Nadda. He was educated at St. Xaviers School, Patna. Thereafter he did his B.A. from Patna College, Patna University and LL.B. from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
