Freedom fighter Bhikari Charan Mohanty passes away in Bhubaneswar, Eminent freedom fighter Bhikari Charan Mohanty passed away at a private hospital on Thursday, family sources said. He was 94 and survived by wife Saraswati Mohanty (86), three sons and four daughters.
