Archaeologists uncover 7000-year old city in Egypt.  Egypt Archaeologists have uncovered an ancient Egyptian city and 15 graveyard that belongs 5300 BC announced by antiquities minister Mahmoud Afifi
ii. The city and cemetery was discovered about 400 metres from the Temple of Seti I in the ancient city of Abydos which was founded by predynastic rulers in southern Egypt.
