Home Minister reviews security situation at Indo-Pak border in Barmer

Amid rising tension in Indo-Pak ties, Home Minister Rajnath Singh is assessing security Arrangements on the border in Barmer district of Rajasthan. The Home Minister is accompanied by Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju and Border Security Force (BSF) officials. On Friday, the Home Minister chaired a high level security meet in Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. Addressing media,
the Union Minister today said he is proud of the Jawans who are doing their best to protect the borders

Reacting on Home Minister Rajnath Singh statement on sealing border security, BJP leader Shrikant Sharma said that Government is making all-out efforts to secure borders along Pakistan. 

Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar has reiterated that we should not cross limits in matters of national security. Speaking on the surgical strikes row in the political arena, the defence minister said people should trust security forces on such issues. 

MOS in PMO Jitendra Singh said that the country is proud of Army capabilities. He said, people of the nation are living without constraint only because troops are guarding the boarder round diligently.
