HCL Technologies announced to acquire Butler America Aerospace for USD 85 million to strengthening its position in the aerospace and defence engineering services space. Anant Gupta resigned from his post on October 21 2016. Chief Operating Officer C Vijayakumar is appointed as next CEO of HCL Tech.
