In less than 10 days, AAP suspends another MLA

Aam Admi Party has suspended its MLA Devinder Sehrawat from the primary membership of the party after he accused party men in Punjab of "exploiting women" in return for tickets, the second legislator to face such an action in less than 10 days. The action against Sehrawat came after he also made direct attacks on AAP's national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The
suspension of the Bijwasan MLA came after Kejriwal returned to Delhi wrapping up his four-day visit to poll-bound Punjab. Earlier an FIR was filed against AAP MLA Somnath Bharti for allegedly inciting a crowd to damage AIIM's fence an misbehaving with the hospital's security personnel.

Meanwhile, Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has said Aam Aadmi Party has not accepted the resignation of its MLA Amanatullah Khan who was facing charges of sexual harassment. 

Sisodia said the party has looked into the issue and said it was his family's internal issue which is being given a political colour. 

Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay said that AAP legislators are taking law into their hands in the national capital and action must be taken against them. 

A number of legislators of Aam Aadmi Party party have been booked by Delhi Police on various charges. 

In a recent controversies, Sandeep Kumar is behind bar in a sex scandal.
