The first international conference on neuroscience in Russia 'Volga Neuroscience Meeting 2016'


Moscow: The Volga Neuroscience Meeting 2016 is the first international conference on neuroscience in Russia. The Meeting is divided onto four sections “Cellular neuroscience”, “Molecular neuroscience”, “Computational neuroscience” and “Neuroengineering”. The meeting will also include two workshops “Brain-computer interfaces and cognitive navigation” and “Dynamics in life sciences, neuroscience
applications”. The conference will be organized in each section daily and in parallel. There will be also poster session and school “Astroglial control of rhythm genesis in the brain” for young scientists.
The purpose of the meeting is to foster discussion and the interchange of challenges, solutions, ideas, and new methods and techniques in neuroscience and neuroengineering.
The cruise will start in St.-Petersburg on July 24th, 2016. The route will take you along the Volga river and the fascinating lakes of the Russian North (the White Lake, Onega, and Ladoga). Event dates (start and end): July 24-30, 2016.
