RIL, SBI sign shareholder agreement for payments bank JV.a) State Bank of India & Reliance Industries have recently signed an agreement to set up a joint venture for payments banks.
b) In 'The Subscription & Shareholders' agreement' has 70% equity of RIL and 30% equity of
SBI.
